I am delighted that you are interested in learning about a complimentary consultation. This session is an opportunity for you to learn if training will achieve your company's goals, and whether we would work together effectively on the project.

What's involved in a complimentary consultation?
We set a date and time to meet for approximately 30 minutes to discuss the company's work environment and goals for change. You provide me with background information and I ask questions to discover if training, or training plus an additional intervention will achieve the desired goals. Specifically, I would listen to you describe current and desired levels of performance, and ask you questions to ascertain whether I can provide an appropriate solution.

What will you gain from a Complimentary Consultation?
During our discussion you will have the time to focus on your organization, your concerns, and needs. We can brainstorm possible solutions, begin thinking about a strategy, and start to plan for moving forward. You will also learn about how I work with clients, and what you can expect of me as a designer, trainer, and/or evaluator.
